Standard Delivery (UK) (3-5 business days)​

  • £3.95 for orders, free for orders more than £40

International Delivery (5-7 business days)​

  • £15.00 for orders, free for orders more than £80

  • Please note, standard delivery may take up to seven business days for remote locations.

  • Delivery may take slightly longer than expected due to restrictions and precautions surrounding COVID-19.

Refund & Exchange



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, EQUIP are pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.  Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.
If you received a free gift with your order or purchased the item as part of a multi-buy promotion then in order to receive a full refund the free gift must also be returned with your time. If not returned, the full RRP of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. 

If the product(s) delivered need to be returned please contact us via email at liamkiziltan@equipcoaching.co.uk outlining the problem to arrange the potential return of the items in question.   If the goods have an issue of being faulty in some way, then a photograph along with the description of the problem should be contained in your email to liamkiziltan@equipcoaching.co.uk.

Once you have first contacted us, we will provide you with a returns form to fill out and send back with your goods.


You may exchange your purchase with either a different size or an item of equal value as long as we receive the unwanted item to be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase.

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged products, we will refund shipping charges. All other returns must be sent via a recorded method of postage/courier to :-

Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer in these cases. Please ensure that you include the name of the person on the original order or Paypal receipt.
